At ResMed, we help people sleep better, live better and feel their best. As a Sleep Coach, you'll support customers on their sleep health journey in a professional, purpose-driven retail environment.
The role
Based in our Mitcham clinic, you'll be the face of ResMed — delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting positive outcomes and achieving sales results.
You'll:
* Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
* Achieve individual and store sales targets in a supportive team environment
* Maintain store presentation, merchandising and stock control
* Build product knowledge through structured training
* Follow up with customers to build trust and long-term relationships
* Manage POS transactions, administration and equipment care

About you
You're motivated, people-focused and enjoy helping others while achieving results.
You'll bring:
* Experience in retail or customer service
* A sales-driven mindset balanced with empathy and care
* Strong communication and active listening skills
* Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in a busy environment
* Confidence working toward goals or KPIs
Nice to have: healthcare, pharmacy or medical experience (not essential)
