About The Role
We're seeking a skilled Master Data Specialist to support the delivery of accurate and complete Bills of Materials (BOMs) for mobile fleet assets across multiple operations. You'll work closely with planners and maintenance teams to resolve data gaps that currently delay execution and impact parts availability.
The focus will be on improving BOM accuracy, structure, and consistency across all four sites, while also supporting master data change requests as needed. This role is based in Perth with Monday to Friday hours and flexible work-from-home options. Some site travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
* Rebuild and verify BOMs for mobile fleet assets across four operations
* Support the development of construction types (CTs) and sub-assemblies in SAP
* Process and action master data change requests
* Collaborate with planners, engineers, and maintainers to improve data usability
* Drive consistency and data integrity across the maintenance system

About You
You'll have strong SAP experience in BOMs, CTs, and sub-assemblies, ideally within mobile fleet or mining maintenance environments. You'll be methodical, analytical, and comfortable working within structured maintenance data systems.
Must have the right to work in Australia.
