Location
Rockingham office – on‐site part‐time accountant/bookkeeper, 18–35 hours per week, flexible working hours.
About You
You will be degree‐qualified (or working towards CPA – desirable but not essential) and demonstrate:
* Experience with MYOB products
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a job‐sharing environment
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous retail experience (desirable but not essential)
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets
* Maintenance of asset registers
* Balance sheet reconciliations, including provisions
* Review and assistance with BAS, GST, and ATO compliance obligations
* Overseeing hospitality booking and reservation systems
* Supporting administration of labour hire and machinery operations
* Managing a variety of client accounting needs on an ongoing basis
* Processing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions
* Performing bank reconciliations and period‐end reporting
* General administrative duties as required
