The Team:
The Launceston General Hospital is Tasmania's second largest hospital with a busy elective and emergency service. The LGH works closely with the University of Tasmania and is a major clinical teaching and research centre. The Role:
The Administrative Officer - HALT/TCP provides efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to the HALT and TCP teams.

You will need:

* Demonstrated ability undertake administrative duties including minute taking, development of agendas, creating invoices and reconciling accounts.
* High level of computer skills and the ability to analyse statistical data, record and maintain database information systems and create related reports using software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment with high level of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as you can join our team

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

Salary:
$73,811 - $79,779 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

* Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Eligibility:
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:

* Previous experience using iPatient Manager (iPM), Safety Reporting and Learning System (SRLS) and Building Engineering Information Management Systems (BEIMS)
* Knowledge of medical terminology
