The Role
You will be the face of Pipi's, balancing premium guest experiences with sharp operational management.
Lead & Inspire: Manage and coach a large, high‐performing FOH team.
Operations: Master rostering, COGs, stock control, and budgets.
Guest Excellence: Ensure every service is seamless, personalized, and award‐winning.
What We're Looking For
Proven RM Experience: High‐volume, premium restaurant background is essential.
Product Knowledge: Strong command of Australian wines, cocktails and Mediterranean cuisine.
Business Savvy: Experience with forecasting, labor costs, and hospitality tech.
The Vibe: Exceptional grooming, leadership grit, and a passion for coastal hospitality.
Requirements: Current QLD RSA.
