Forest Grove Retirement Living is our largest retirement community, home to almost 700 residents, set across 34 hectares of lush greenery in Brisbane's south‐west. It offers a vibrant lifestyle with a wide range of activities, modern villas and apartments, and convenient access to care, shops and transport.
As a Domestic Attendant, you will provide essential housekeeping and cleaning services across the village while delivering a welcoming and customer‐focused experience for residents. You'll be part of a friendly, people‐focused team where you will have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with residents.
Expressions of Interest for Part‐time Domestic Attendants
Availability required: Monday‐Thursday 6am‐12.30pm (must be able to commence at 6am).
Your Impact
* Maintain high‐quality cleaning standards across apartments or village common areas, including bathrooms, hallways, stairwells and rooms.
* Build positive relationships as a friendly and approachable presence in the village.
* Assist residents and the community with general ad‐hoc tasks as required.
* Follow all OH&S requirements and promptly report any safety or security concerns.
What you'll bring
* Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, laundry or similar service‐focused roles.
* A positive, respectful and people‐focused approach, with a strong commitment to providing a supportive experience for residents.
* The ability to work confidently and independently while managing daily tasks and priorities.
* Minimum of two (2) COVID‐19 vaccinations (required).
