Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, coordinating and executing communications, marketing and content to promote our brand, products and services. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for design, brand and marketing.
Responsibilities
* Implement marketing and content campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Manage and grow social media channels, including creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
* Develop branded content including templates, signage, collateral, blogs, articles, and video content to support marketing strategies.
* Coordinate the production, organisation, and maintenance of marketing materials and digital asset libraries.
* Conduct research and analyse data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and support decision‐making.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent messaging across internal and external communications, including website updates and staff communications.
* Support the broader communications and marketing function, including events coordination, meeting logistics, reporting, calendars, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 2+ years' experience in a marketing or content role (preferably within construction or manufacturing industries)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Campaign Monitor)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, brand‐aligned content
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
* Demonstrated experience in social media content creation and campaign execution
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
