IT & Telecomms Consultant - ERP / Supply Chain Melbourne Contract or Temp ERP Implementation Coordinator – 12-Month Contract ?? Melbourne – Eastern Suburbs Are you an organised and proactive project coordinator with ERP experience?
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the rollout of a leading ERP system across a growing organisation.
Working closely with logistics, IT, and HR teams, you'll be at the centre of process mapping, change management, and system integration.
You'll ensure that data migration, cutover planning, and stakeholder communications run smoothly, while supporting end-users through the transition.
This role offers exposure to a high-profile ERP project, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to make a real impact on how the business operates.
What you'll be doing Supporting the rollout of NetSuite ERP across the business.
Mapping and reviewing processes to identify gaps and improvements.
Coordinating master data migration (customers, vendors, items, employees, pricing, etc).
Running workshops, meetings, and training sessions for system users.
Managing risks, timelines, and project communications.
Working with external partners and consultants on integrations (e.g. WMS, B2B portals, ecommerce platforms, logistics providers).
Supporting system testing, validation, and user adoption.
What we're looking for Hands-on experience in ERP implementations (NetSuite highly desirable).
Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
Confident working with data, systems, and process documentation.
Experience in change management and supporting end-user training.
Solid IT knowledge (hardware, software, system administration).
