About the Role
As a Technical Delivery Lead, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of our most complex and high-value client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and client partnership. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads and client stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned to long-term business goals.
This role requires strong leadership and management skills to lead and motivate teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure project success within budget, scope and schedule constraints. You must also have a solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
This role requires a balance of strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic partner, advising clients on how to optimise and grow their eCommerce presence - Proactively suggesting opportunities for improvement.
* Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with client business goals (e.g. CRO & performance initiatives, platform upgrades, architecture optimisation and integrations).
* Partner with the Head of Client Success to drive account growth through consultative upselling and cross-selling.
* Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects & deliverables, including planning schedules, budgeting, estimates, and resource allocation.
* Responsible for scope requirements; working with the design & technical leads to keep delivery within scope and budget.
* Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and that processes comply with quality management principles.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
* Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, project requirements, and technical specifications.
Requirements
* 4+ years of proven experience in web project/account management within a digital Agency.
* Experience working on both large and small budget projects ranging from $50K up to $300k +
* Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, including Shopify, Big Commerce and Headless CMS solutions.
* Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet/Microsoft project, Google suite.
* Data-driven mindset: comfortable with analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
* Knowledge of UX/UI best practices, website performance optimisation, and SEO principles.
* Demonstrated experience as an early AI adopter, with hands‐on use of AI‐assisted tools to meaningfully improve the speed and quality of your work.
* A genuine hunger to stay current with the AI landscape as it relates to development and eCommerce, and the initiative to bring new tools and approaches to the team.
