Responsibilities
* Managing emails, calendars, and appointments
* Handling phone calls and client enquiries
* Preparing listing and appraisal presentation kits
* Assisting with marketing, property launches, and administration
* Coordinating day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth business operations
Qualifications
* Previous Executive Assistant experience within real estate highly advantageous
* Current QLD Real Estate Registration preferred, but not essential
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A proactive approach with the ability to think ahead
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
* A positive attitude and willingness to be a key part of the team's success
