* Managing and supporting the use of OfficialsHQ across community and regional leagues
* Driving recruitment and retention initiatives for umpires
* Supporting the growth of women and girls in umpiring
* Delivering education sessions and assisting umpire development programs
* Building strong relationships with leagues, clubs, schools, and volunteers
* Supporting safeguarding and compliance requirements, including Working With Children Checks
About You
You are passionate about community sport and bring experience in administration, program delivery, or working within football environments. You thrive on building relationships and supporting volunteers to deliver great experiences.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Experience or understanding of community football or umpiring environments
* The ability to engage and build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
* Confidence delivering presentations, training, or support sessions
* A commitment to inclusion, particularly in supporting women and girls participation
* Current Driver's Licence
* Working With Children Check
Work Requirements And Tools
The role will require some regional travel with weekend and evening work throughout the football competition periods. To support this the position is provided with a fully maintained vehicle and a laptop.
