A community-focused organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and autonomous administrative professional to support its Quality and Compliance functions. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a background in human services, compliance, or operations, who thrives in a cooperative environment and enjoys working with purpose.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update the Complaints & Feedback Register
- Assist with document control, including formatting and filing policies and procedures
- Support compliance reporting within the NDIS framework
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure tidy and organised records
- Collaborate with the existing Quality & Compliance Officer
- Work independently with minimal supervision once trained
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in administration, ideally in compliance, finance, or operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks
- Proficiency in Office 365, especially SharePoint
- Familiarity with NDIS screening requirements (Blue Card & Yellow Card)
- Background in human services (disability experience not essential)
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a small team
This role offers flexible scheduling across 1–2 days per week, with hours between 8am and 5pm. Initial onboarding will take place at the Ipswich office, with the option to work remotely thereafter. The office is conveniently located near public transport, with a train station approximately 500m away, and both paid street parking and additional parking available within a short walking distance. The successful candidate will join a relational and collaborative team environment, where openness and adaptability are valued. The team is community-focused and seeks someone who is comfortable engaging with others and integrating into a human services setting.
