Exciting Opportunity: National Business Development Manager – Health & Seniors Living
- Location: Sydney or Melbourne preferred
- Salary Package: Up to $130k + $20k car allowance + $40k bonus (Base $150k)
Position Summary:
Join a leading national player in the building materials sector as a National Business Development Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for driving new business and market development, identifying strategic opportunities to enhance market presence, and developing strong relationships with end-users / providers / operators key decision-makers at the senior and executive level of Healthcare.
A&D and Trade experience both would be great in this sector to.

Key Responsibilities
* New business and growth within the health and seniors living segment.
* Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives nationwide.
* Build and maintain relationships with end-users, decision-makers, and industry bodies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
* Achieve budgeted sales and margin targets while managing pricing guidelines.
Scope of Responsibility:
* Oversee the health and seniors living segment revenue, providing support and guidance to the frontline sales team.
* Engage internal stakeholders to effectively communicate and energize the implementation of corporate strategies.
* Sales and Ownership (70%):
o Directly drive new business and strategic initiatives.
o Regularly report on segment performance and manage the sales pipeline.
o Provide project consultation and represent the company at industry events.
* Strategic Planning and Market Development (30%):
o Develop an annual strategic plan outlining sales, marketing, and product development initiatives.
o Identify new client engagement opportunities and support sustainability initiatives.
