THE POSITION
* Lead commercial discussions and KPI compliance to meet business objectives
* Manage contract reporting, governance and performance metrics
* Prepare contract price escalations, variations and tender commercial reviews
* Oversee Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and maintain accurate records
* Establish and maintain detailed risk registers and opportunity reporting
* Conduct site and contract audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed
* Analyse service failures and identify improvement opportunities
* Drive consistency across operational documentation, processes and standards
* Support operational teams to deliver contractual commitments
* Attend stakeholder and client meetings as required
* Champion a positive safety and compliance culture across the business

* Strong commercial and contract management experience within services environments
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes to deadlines

Highly regarded
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Law or related discipline
* Experience in PPP contract environments
* Previous experience within healthcare or hospital operations
