An elite Band 1 disputes team is looking to add a talented Commercial Litigator (4+ PQE) to their growing practice in Sydney and Melbourne. This market-leading litigation team handles some of the most complex and high-profile disputes in Australia. They are on an exciting growth journey and are seeking experienced litigators to take on key leadership roles, bridging the gap between junior associates and the partnership. You'll be working on sophisticated commercial litigation matters for an impressive client base across banking and finance, energy & resources, TMT, and more. Expect a highly collaborative environment, exposure to cutting-edge disputes, and the opportunity to lead on major cases.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* 4+ years PQE in commercial litigation
* Experience in a top-tier, international, or highly regarded disputes practice
* Strong case management, advocacy, and client advisory skills
