About the Role

As the Philanthropy Relationship Manager – South East Queensland, you will build meaningful relationships that directly support LifeFlight's life‐saving emergency and aeromedical services across Queensland. In this highly engaging and community‐focused role, you will work closely with donors, sponsors, Regional Advisory Council members, ambassadors, and community stakeholders to grow philanthropic support and strengthen community engagement across the region. Your ability to connect with people, identify opportunities, and create lasting partnerships will play a key role in driving fundraising success and expanding LifeFlight's impact. This role offers a diverse mix of relationship management, donor stewardship, and fundraising strategy across major gifts, corporate partnerships, workplace giving, and bequests.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively across the organisation to help shape supporter experiences, grow strategic partnerships, and contribute to initiatives that make a genuine difference in communities every day. Provide regular travel throughout Queensland and work from the Robina office. A company vehicle will be provided to support travel requirements.

About You

You are a relationship‐focused professional with experience in philanthropy, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, or business development. You are confident building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities, and engaging supporters in a meaningful and authentic way.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience building and managing meaningful supporter or client relationships
* Experience working on major capital fund campaigns
* The ability to identify opportunities and contribute to fundraising or business‐development outcomes
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Requirements

Current Queensland Driver Licence and willingness to travel and attend events outside standard business hours are required. Successful applicant will be required to undergo background checks including a national police check as a condition of employment. This position is only open to Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or those with unrestricted work rights in Australia.
