Ecology Expert Wanted
We are seeking a seasoned Ecologist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering environmental excellence.
* About the Role:
* As a Principal Ecologist, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex ecological projects across various sectors.
* You will work closely with our clients to deliver high-quality services and ensure that their needs are met.
* You will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and environmental agencies.
Requirements:
* Qualifications:
* BSc and/or MSc degree in Ecology or a related field.
* CIEEM membership (or eligibility).
* Skills:
* Solid knowledge of the UK planning system and environmental legislation.
* Able to author range of typical ecology reports.
* Proficient in BNG assessments and interpretation of the Biodiversity Metric.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
