**About the role**
In this role, you will be the key contact for users in the areas of troubleshooting and solving software issues. You will resolve SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and SAP Logistics Execution (LE) issues raised through the Service Desk. This role also provides you with the platform to work with diverse stakeholders across the Group and you will be an SME to both IT and business users.
This role provides great exposure, as you will work to identify areas of system enhancements and work with the team to deliver better system efficiencies and stability.
The role is sat with the team that works on end-to-end solutions (project, development and support) providing you the opportunity to learn and develop. You will also work to understand business processes and will translate these into system solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Be the primary MM/WM/LE support person in team.
- Address issues raised by users in a timely manner based on priority.
- Work with the Architecture function and Senior Technical Analysts to identify, improve and implement system changes
- Administer various elements of the support function such as change control and the monitoring of inbound tickets.
- Specify and scope detailed changes that are necessary to support these outcome
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience Materials Management (MM) or Warehouse Management (WM) or logistics Execution (LE)
- Experience with SAP Ariba is preferable
- Demonstrated experience in an ERP support environment
- Strong interpersonal and partnering skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
