* Develop and execute local business strategy to optimise financial, customer, and risk outcomes.

* Manage revenue and expenses while ensuring compliance with risk and operational standards.
* Lead initiatives to reduce bad debts, manage credit risk, and improve asset quality.
Key Qualifications
A track record of banking experience across business, private, corporate, credit, or specialised sectors is required. Proven experience managing businesses with full revenue and expense accountability is also necessary. Demonstrated leadership in high-performing teams within financial services is essential.
A strong strategic thinking, sales and product knowledge are required. Pursuit to lead change to prepare us for the future is also desirable. Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or commerce; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
