Myer Group is seeking a Change Specialist who is passionate about driving successful organisational change, to support the execution of change management activities across key transformation initiatives.
About the role
Change Support and Execution
* Assist in the execution of change management strategies for specific projects.
* Support the completion of change impact assessments and readiness activities.
* Coordinate updates to the change management plan and associated documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Support stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.
* Assist in liaising with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and feedback loops.
* Prepare materials to support communication with impacted teams.
Communications and Training Coordination
* Contribute to the development of clear and targeted communication materials.
* Assist in the planning and coordination of training and capability-building activities.
* Support the creation and distribution of change-related communications.
Project Integration
* Work closely with project teams to align change activities with project timelines.
* Track and monitor change actions and dependencies.
Monitoring and Reporting
* Help track change adoption and readiness metrics.
* Assist in identifying risks and issues related to change execution.
* Provide input into status updates and reporting for leadership and governance forums.
* Contribute to the improvement of change management tools, templates, and processes.
* Participate in initiatives to build organisational change capability.
* Ad hoc work as required.
About you
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in change support or similar roles.
* Exposure to organisational transformation projects or change initiatives.
* Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Skilled in producing communication and training materials.
* Attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
