The role
We are looking for a thoughtful and motivated Digital & IT Manager to guide our digital initiatives and support day‐to‐day IT activities. This pivotal role will shape our organisation's digital evolution by enhancing operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and ensuring a stable IT environment for our team.
Key Contributions and Growth
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.
* Project Leadership: Guide and manage IT projects related to digital transformation, ensuring successful delivery.
* Process Improvement: Optimise business processes through digital solutions and automation.
* Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with departments and international teams to translate needs into effective solutions.
* Problem Solving: Analyse complex challenges, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
* Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies to assess impact and benefits.
* Change Management: Facilitate smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes.
* Budget Management: Manage project and operational IT budgets for efficiency and value.
* International Collaboration: Communicate and partner with European and Asian stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
* Daily IT Operations: Oversee day‐to‐day IT operations, including user support, application management and infrastructure maintenance.
Qualifications
* Experience: Digital product management and IT operations management with a proven track record of successful product launches and daily IT functions.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and IT infrastructure management.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyse and interpret data to inform product decisions.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage both technical and non‐technical audiences.
* Problem‐Solving Skills: Creative and effective problem‐solving for complex technical issues.
* Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
