Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in‐store customer journey and by empowering customers, identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

Responsibilities
* Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring a memorable Telstra experience.
* Stay current with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while keeping customers connected.
* Collaborate closely with the team to create a welcoming environment that supports store goals.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Solution‐oriented mindset with the ability to tailor solutions on the fly.
* Strong sales drive and motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
* Passion for continuous learning and development within a dynamic environment.
* Resilience and positivity, especially during busy periods.
* Previous customer‐facing experience is a plus but not required.
