Overview
A leading national building contractor, celebrated for delivering high-quality commercial (D&C) projects, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team to work on a $60M government project.
Responsibilities
* Supervise the execution of all project phases, from structural work to finishing trades.
* Manage subcontractors and conduct toolbox talks.
* Perform site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Aid in the creation and implementation of short-term work schedules.
* Communicate with various stakeholders, including the client.
* Maintain a safe site in compliance with WHS standards.
Qualifications
* A relevant Construction or Building Trade (such as Cert IV in Building & Construction, Cert III in Carpentry, Cert III in Joinery)
* Proven experience working on Commercial / Residential projects above $10M
* Ability to problem-solve and interpret detailed drawings
* Strong communication skills and ability to get the most of your trades
* A positive attitude and passion for delivering quality construction projects
