We are representing a highly regarded national Property practice recognised for its technical expertise, client relationships and supportive team culture. The group advises on all aspects of property law, acting for government bodies, developers, and major corporates on significant commercial property matters.
Role
You'll be involved in a broad range of work, including:
Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Leasing and development projects
Government and infrastructure property work
Transaction management and due diligence using PEXA

About You
You will have at least 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial property law, with:
Strong drafting and communication skills
Sound understanding of NSW property law
Ability to manage transactions end-to-end
A proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented mindset
