Position: E-Commerce Specialist
Company: Leading Consumer Goods Company
Contract: 3-month contract with possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities
Manage platform functionality, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance usability and resolve technical issues.
Oversee website infrastructure, UAT, and quality control to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain product listings, pricing accuracy, and inventory coordination across multiple markets.
Ensure compliance with customer data security and optimise website support protocols.
Assist in digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
Support CRM workflows, campaign management, and performance marketing coordination.
Analyse eCommerce KPIs using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and BI tools, providing insights for optimisation.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong technical eCommerce experience, especially in Shopify Plus.
Familiarity with digital tools like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
Expertise in SEO, CRO, tagging, and digital infrastructure.
Ability to manage end-to-end campaigns with tight deadlines and cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a user-first mindset.
