About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing theatre bookings, patient payments and billing processes while ensuring seamless interactions with patients, surgeon's rooms and hospital booking teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
* Manage patient appointments and financial transactions
* Process and manage anaesthetic billing
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer systems and the ability to work proactively and prioritise tasks effectively. Previous experience in an anaesthetic or specialist surgical practice would be highly valued, but not essential.
