* Permanent Part-Time, 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
* Hourly rate of $30.72 plus superannuation contributions and remote area allowance.
* 6 weeks of annual leave, 17.5% leave loading, 10 days personal leave (pro rata).

The Community Services Support Worker provides personal, physical and emotional support to aged care and NDIS clients, helping them with daily living activities and improving their wellbeing and independence within the community.

What your day will look like, but are not limited to:
* Provide hands‐on support with daily living activities
* Assist with personal care, meals, transport, and domestic tasks
* Support clients' physical, social, and emotional wellbeing
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and the team
* Complete reports and maintain accurate records
* Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
The Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking a caring and motivated support worker with a passion for aged care and a commitment to providing culturally respectful support.
You will bring:
* A caring, respectful, and supportive approach
* Experience or interest in aged care, disability, or community services
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and quality care
Other Requirements
* Criminal History Check (recent within 3 months).
* A current Working with Children's Card.
* A current unrestricted and valid Driver's Licence.
* Current First Aid Certificate (Essential or willing to obtain).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (desirable or ability to obtain).
