Executive Chef Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and contribute to the success of our esteemed dining experience.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be a passionate culinary leader with a proven track record in fine dining environments. They will oversee menu development, lead a team of skilled chefs, and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of chefs in executing refined dishes
* Collaborate with the Culinary Director to develop menus and recipes
* Manage inventory, supplies, and labor costs
* Mentor and inspire junior staff members
* Ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and minimum 3–4 years' experience in a comparable fine-dining environment. They must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep respect for seasonal produce and commitment to sustainability.
