**About the Role**:
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Understand customers' unique needs and resolve issues.
- Process web shop orders, exchanges, returns, and warranty claims.
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics to check on shipment updates.
- Advise customers on the best products for them.
- Respond to inquiries within 24 hours and escalate unresolved issues.
- Communicate with third-party warehouse and shipping partners daily.
**About You**:
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Passionate about customer service.
- Previous experience working in a call centre experience would be highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building, listening, and questioning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce or other CRM platforms would be advantageous.
