THE ROLE
Working within the bookkeeping team of this established accounting firm, you will oversee a varied portfolio of clients spanning a broad range of industries.
* End-to-end bookkeeping for multiple clients
* Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports including cashflow and budget reporting
* Financial reporting and forecasting support
* Banking, payroll processing, GST lodgements, BAS preparation, general ledger reconciliations, PAYG reporting
* Invoicing, AP/AR management and other core bookkeeping duties
* Liaising directly with clients and nurturing strong working relationships
* Supporting accountants and processing client records accurately and efficiently
THE INDIVIDUAL
* Proven experience managing multiple clients within an accounting firm
* Strong working knowledge of XERO
* Professional, personable communication style with strong client service skills
* Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to support client growth
* Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
