Are you an organised and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with young people? Letz Live is seeking a proactiveProgrammeCoordinator to join our Gold Coast based team.
In this role, you'll help manage our Australian based programmes, supporting participants from around the world as they embark on life-changing experiences. You'll be the go‐to person for programme logistics, participant support, and school partnerships, ensuring every placement runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll also play a key part in promoting our programmes, hosting information sessions, and building strong relationships with schools and participants alike.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Australian programme whilst supporting our outbound UK School Assistant and UK Activity Assistant programme participants.
* Support participants throughout their journey, from application to placement and beyond.
* Interview candidates to manage the quality of the candidates.
* Liaise with host partners to ensure successful placements and ongoing relationships.
* Generate leads in new schools and outdoor education providers.
* Organise and host presentations, information sessions, and events to promote our programmes.
* Assist with programme marketing and communications, working closely with our wider team.
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates and reports.
About You:
* A self‐starter with excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Experience in programme coordination, education, or youth work is highly regarded.
* Friendly, approachable, and passionate about helping others succeed.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
* Comfortable presenting to groups and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
