About the Role
We are seeking a talented Property Officer to join our busy team for a casual 12 months temporary assignment.
Job Description:
* Engage and monitor third-party providers for property, shared services or other corporate operations matters.
* Respond to property and corporate services related enquiries and issues from staff members.
* Contribute towards team planning, task assignment and monitoring activities that support delivery and completion of work.
* Monitor levels of stationery and consumables within a portfolio of locations and ensure sufficient stocks are ordered and delivered to sites.
* Develop and maintain carpark ballots and fleet vehicles.
* Support the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures that support the activities of the team, including resolving or escalating emerging issues.
* Support staff with fleet, mail and other corporate operations matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a property management role.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Able to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
* Able to communicate and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries.
* Located in or near Newcastle Office and able to attend in-office at least 4 days per week.
Benefits:
