Responsibilities
1. Welcoming our families, children and team in a friendly and professional way
2. Introducing new families and team members to the service, conducting Centre tours, assisting with enrolments and orientations
3. Use your strong systems skills across QikKids and Salesforce to manage enrolments and families' accounts
4. Showcase your masterful prioritisation skills to complete a range of systems-related tasks, while managing phone, email, debt collection and walk-in queries
5. Support the Centre by using your refined people and leadership skills as a key member of the Centre Leadership team
6. Liaise with our maintenance team as well as external suppliers and contractors to ensure our Centre continues to present as it did the first week we opened
7. Use your super-star administrative skills to ensure all tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy, in a reliable and consistent manner
8. Display your extraordinary interpersonal and customer service skills to breeze through some difficult conversations

About You
20. The availability to work rostered shifts from Monday through to Friday for 37.5 hours per week
21. Current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
22. Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
23. Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
24. National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months and Proda ID
