About the Role
Operating within Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist manages planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing channels of ACU's marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and lead conversions. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support development of marketing channel strategies, manage end-to-end delivery and work closely with the broader Marketing & External Relations teams, university stakeholders and external agencies to ensure seamless execution. Lead by the National Manager, Advertising & Digital Marketing the position will be responsible for writing and optimising advertising copy across key channels and drive qualified leads through targeted messaging. The Digital Marketing Specialist will continuously monitor performance, optimise campaigns and provide insights to maximise return on investment (ROI).

What We Offer
* The University pursues an excellence agenda and offers an environment where staff are welcomed and safe, and valued through development, participation and involvement.
* Total remuneration valued to $124,509 - $134,699 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $105,212 - $113,823 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
* Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
