Potentia Energy also has rights secured for a development pipeline of over 8GW across Australia and is committed to an ambitious growth agenda, targeting a significant increase to its installed capacity across wind, solar, storage and hybrid projects.Guided by our core values – Collaboration, Authenticity, Responsibility and Excellence – we work closely with local communities, our partners and customer to contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable future.The RoleWith a 20% growth year on year, the People & Corporate Services team requires an Administrator to support the smooth operation of HR and corporate services functions (which include the Technology and Facilities & Security functions). Reporting to the Head of People & Corporate Services, this role provides clerical and administrative support across a range of activities including HR and Payroll data, recruitment support, data analysis, and general corporate services support.This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, and a proactive attitude, looking to make a meaningful contribution to a dynamic and collaborative team passionate about the renewable energy industry.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources SupportMaintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system (ELMO), including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changesProvide administrative support with payroll inputs and documentationSupport the preparation and posting of job advertisements and assist with recruitment coordinationAssist in the preparation of HR correspondence, contracts, and compliance documentation including managing vendors/suppliersAssist in the preparation of presentations, packs, templatesCorporate & Clerical AdministrationProvide general administrative support to the HR team (ad hoc administrative support to the wider People & Corporate Services team as required), including document filing, correspondence, and recordkeepingUpdating documentation on the intranetProcess invoices and ensure timely coordination with finance for approvals and paymentsMaintain registers, databases, and internal systems to ensure up-to-date and accurate informationCoordinate internal meetings and events, including scheduling and logistical supportSupport office management functions as neededData Reporting & AnalysisAssist with the collation and analysis of HR and corporate services data for reporting purposesGenerate reports from the HRIS (ELMO) to support insights into workforce metrics and compliance trackingIdentify and recommend process improvements in administrative workflows and data integritySelection CriteriaEssential:Previous experience in HR or administrative support rolesStrong organisational and time management skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Previous experience in analysing data and reportingFamiliarity with HRIS platforms, preferably ELMO (but not essential)Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretionDesirable:Experience working in a people and culture or corporate services teamExperience with accounts payable or invoice processing systemsExperience working with PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe and other design tools.Personal AttributesProactive and solutions-focused mindsetStrong interpersonal skills and team orientationProfessional, reliable, and committed to continuous improvementAbility to adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressureKey StakeholdersHead of People & Corporate ServicesHuman Resources Business PartnerTalent Acquisition PartnerOur BenefitsEvery individual is a valued team member at Potentia Energy, and we’re committed to supporting, growing, and helping each person achieve their full potential.
