Student Services Operations and Projects Coordinator Location: Hawthorn East Employment Type: Ongoing, Part time Support continuous growth and improvement while maintaining operational standards and student-centred practice for all aspects of the student lifecycle at Cairnmillar. Join a collaborative team providing high-quality service, engaging with leads, prospective students, and academic staff to deliver excellent outcomes. The Cairnmillar Institute is seeking aOperations and Projects Coordinator to join our Student Services team. This pivotal administrative role responsible for ensuring consistent, efficient and student-centred practices across Recruitment & Admissions, Education Administration, Data & Compliance, and Placements, as well as identifying and supporting projects to support continuous improvement and growth while maintaining operational standards, data integrity and accurate reporting. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys identifying process and systems improvements and has a commitment to service excellence and positive experience. The successful candidate will have: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, psychology, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience/training) Experience in an administrative role within higher education (ideally in psychology or counselling) Strong understanding of admissions and student lifecycle operations. High level capability in data management, reporting and complex administrative systems and databases Highly developed written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively, influence practice change, and support team capability through practical guidance.
