Are you a senior sales leader who thrives on closing complex, high‐value deals? Ready to lead a national team and drive growth in cutting‐edge energy solutions?

We're looking for a Digital Energy Systems Sales Leader to take ownership of large‐scale, integrated solutions sales across Australia—covering Digital Buildings, Digital Power, and Microgrid.

What you'll be doing

* Leading major, complex deals from strategy through to closure
* Driving growth across project‐based opportunities
* Building and coaching a high‐performing national sales team
* Developing strong pipelines in partnership with key segments
* Engaging senior stakeholders across engineering, consulting, and end users
* Championing integrated solutions across hardware, software, and services
* Improving win rates through strong deal leadership

What you bring

* Proven success in complex B2B solutions sales leadership
* Experience closing large, multi‐stakeholder deals
* Background in energy, infrastructure, power systems, or buildings
* Strong commercial acumen
* Ability to influence across technical and executive stakeholders
* Passion for leadership and delivering results
