We’re a trusted partner in the clay brick and concrete masonry industry—supporting employers, apprentices, RTOs and government to build the workforce of the future.
What you’ll do
- Grow through relationships – Re-engage warm leads, follow up referrals, and check in with past and current host employers.
- Activate your VET know-how – Explain apprenticeships, contracts, RTO pathways and funding in plain English.
- Partner with industry – Meet employers, TAFEs/RTOs and associations; attend events; run simple info sessions.
- Match and place – Understand host needs, line up the right apprentice, and support smooth commencements.
- Keep things tidy – Update the CRM, track activity and share wins and learnings with the team.
You’ll bring
- Working knowledge of VET/Group Training (apprenticeships, RTOs/TAFEs, funding, contracts).
- People first mindset – You’re great at warm conversations, listening, and timely follow-up.
- Organised and reliable – Comfortable juggling priorities and keeping notes up to date.
- Basic tech skills – Microsoft Office and CRM.
- Driver’s licence – Willing to travel across Metro Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
