About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Nominated Supervisor / Centre Director to oversee our daily operations and lead our close‑knit team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the highest standards of care and compliance while managing the administrative and financial health of the service.
Key Responsibilities
* Educational Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire a dedicated, hardworking team of educators to maintain high‑quality programming.
* Operational Management: Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure strict compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS), and monitor staff‑to‑child ratios.
* Financial Administration: Manage parent accounts, statements, fee payments, and child care subsidy administration.
* Funding & Compliance: Submit funding requests and maintain accurate records using government and sector portals.
* Community Engagement: Cultivate meaningful, respectful relationships with our multicultural families and the wider community.

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced leader with a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and a hands‑on approach to centre management.
Qualifications & Certifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
* Current Approved Child Protection Training.
* Valid Working with Children Check (Queensland Blue Card).
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
* Safe Sleep Training certification.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Highly desirable).
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a Nominated Supervisor or Director role.
* Proficiency in CCSS software, specifically Kidsoft.
* Experience utilizing Storypark for documentation and family communication.
* Demonstrated experience navigating QGrants/ Edgrants and the NQA ITS portal.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to connect with multicultural families.
