Job Title: Senior Strategic Procurement Leader
About the Role:
This role requires a high-performing procurement and contract leader who can drive complex, high-value projects with nationally significant outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in government procurement and contract management, along with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
The selected individual will be responsible for leading complex procurement activities, ensuring compliance with Commonwealth rules, managing and mentoring a high-performing team, providing expert advice on commercial, legal, and probity matters, setting strategic direction, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.
In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
