About our role
We're ramping up for a newly awarded contract and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Civil Operations team. Based in the Pilbara region, this permanent role is offered on an 8:6 FIFO roster ex Perth and provides the opportunity to take a lead role on a major TSF project for a Tier 1 client.
If you're an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with a background in bulk earthworks, tailings facilities or large‐scale civil infrastructure, this is a standout opportunity to step into a key position on a high‐profile project.
Your focus in this role
* Preparation of construction programs and contract packages.
* Managing project cost parameters.
* Scheduling, preparation and execution of civil construction works of the project.
* Tracking succession of project through costings and forecast reports.
* Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Identify potential cost saving opportunities and solutions.
What You'll Bring
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, or in a related engineering field
* Previous exposure to Tailings and Haul Road Construction.
* Committed to high quality product delivery, critical eye for detail
* Exposure to WA mining environment.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective workplace relationships.
