Product Service Engineer Opportunity
As a Product Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing continuous technical support and guidance to customer and dealer personnel.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Field follow-up and support for new product introductions
* Identifying and correcting product deficiencies, improving product design, and adapting improvements to products in assigned areas of responsibility
You will work closely with engineering teams, other service engineering management personnel, and the dealer organization to keep them apprised of activities and status of product problems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical and mechanical aptitudes from a degree or trade background.
