We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join our passionate global marketing and communications team and together make a positive, social impact.
The Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the world's most effective parenting programs, designed to give parents the skills they need to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers and to strengthen family relationships. Triple P has been developed at the University of Queensland, extensively researched, and used in more than 30 countries.
The Role
Are you a strategic communicator with a passion for collaboration and purpose-driven work? In this role, you'll work closely with our international teams to deliver expert strategies, tailored services, and trusted advice that help bring the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program to life in communities around the world. You will bring a service-minded approach and ability to manage project deliverables with precision, whilst acting as the ultimate team player. Your efforts will help parents all over the world and see families thrive. Your contribution will be valued and noticed. Other duties include:
· Coordinate, plan and budget across various communications projects
· Ensure project deliverables are achieved within required parameters
· Work across internal and external teams to collaborate for the ongoing success of multi-channel campaigns
· Write, edit, review and assist with various communications
· Develop and maintain effective workflows and processes
· Work with the broader team to support their deliverables
· Identify opportunities to support project deliverables.
The Person
· Five years' experience in a similar level role in Consumer (B2C) Marketing/ Communications
· Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline
· Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge on communications strategies for online, social, mass media and PR
· Experience working with complex digital advertising campaigns
· Motivated team player with a strong commercial vision.
