We are eager to hear from candidates with experience in electrical work and fault finding, along with an electrical trades qualification.
About the roleAs a System Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly and meets or exceeds client expectations and contractual standards through top-tier operations and quality assurance.
Typical Responsibilities include
* Diagnostic tests on the automation systems.
* Follow maintenance plans to prevent equipment breakdowns.
* Troubleshooting malfunctions, faults, jams and breakdowns and performing the necessary repairs to restore full functionality.
* Diagnose faults and rectify communication issues
* Schedule maintenance tasks on MEX.
* Monitor the SCADA System for error messages and material data.
Your skills & experience
To be successful in the Electrical Technician potion, you will need
* Electrical trade qualification
* Electrical Licence
* Experience with PLC fault-finding
* Experience working through preventative maintenance schedules
* Ability to work a rotating shift, 4 days on 4 days off.
* Requirement for a current and clear driver's licence.
* Ability to obtain an ASIC and airside driver's licence (Applicable Airport locations)
Beneficial:
* Prior SCADA system experience
* Understand electrical design and diagnostic testing software beneficial
