Role Description
This is a part time, on-site role for an Admin Support position at Frontier Education, based in Brisbane, QLD. The Admin Support team member will assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, ensuring proper documentation, supporting the coordination of training schedules, and maintaining both student and organisational records. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service to students and staff, and ensuring a smooth operation in adherence to compliance requirements for the Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Accounting skills to manage records, perform data entry, and process invoices.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to professionally assist students and staff, and handle inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette to provide courteous, accurate, and prompt support via telephone.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure compliance with RTO policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar role, or knowledge of the vocational education and training (VET) sector, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and student management systems, is advantageous.
