What You Will Enjoy Doing
* Carrying out maintenance activities safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner to support reliable plant operations
* Supporting production teams to achieve operational targets and maintain continuity of supply
* Identifying and resolving equipment issues to reduce breakdowns and repeat failures
* Maintaining accurate records within the SAP maintenance management system
* Monitoring plant and equipment condition to improve reliability and performance
* Supporting the operation of continuous process plant systems
* Managing spare parts inventory to ensure availability for maintenance activities
* Coordinating maintenance work, including contractors, in line with safety requirements
What Makes You Great
* Experience working as a Maintenance Fitter (minimum 5 years)
* Trade qualifications in fitting
* Strong mechanical problem‐solving and troubleshooting capability
* Experience conducting risk assessments and working within safe systems of work
* Familiarity with Permit to Work systems
* Experience in the gas industry or a similar industrial environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Computer skills, including maintenance systems
