We currently have a position for a Yard Supervisor to join our team at our South Guildford depot.
The Role
* Supervising and coordinating the yard team
* Loading and unloading trailers
* Receiving and dispatching freight
* Restraining/securing loads
* Completing load plans
What you need
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Prior experience as a supervisor
* On‐road experience preferred (ex‐driver)
* Good organisation and time management skills
* Ability to show initiative and adapt to changing operational demands
* Strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe work environment
* Be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work as part of a team
