Are you a passionate, dedicated, and experienced pharmacist with an interest in the rapidly growing medicinal cannabis industry? We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team at our medicinal cannabis dispensary.
The Crisci Group is a network of innovative pharmacies across QLD, VIC and SA, with a strong presence in compounding, medicinal cannabis, integrative health, and community pharmacy.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Pharmacistto join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about the benefits of medicinal cannabis and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position but part-time or casual applicants will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
* Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
* Perform the daily operations of the dispensary to ensure compliance with all state and local regulations.
* Work within the pharmacy team to provide excellent customer service.
* Build patient relationships with trust and care.
* Dispense medicinal cannabis products, providing personalised counselling on dosage, effects, and usage.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation meets legal requirements.
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop patient-specific treatment plans.
* Ensure the dispensary maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
* Registered with AHPRA as a pharmacist
* Previous experience in a pharmacy, preferably with knowledge of medicinal cannabis products but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
