Our Operations, Processing & Servicing (OPS) team plays a crucial role in achieving this goal by ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our products and services. As a Loan Services Officer within the Retail Settlements team, you'll be a key contributor to this success, directly impacting the financial journeys of our customers. You'll work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to process loan settlements accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.
Your work will be vital to the success of our retail lending operations. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of loan settlements, working closely with solicitors, other financial institutions, and internal teams. You'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their funds promptly and that all necessary documentation is correctly completed and filed.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently process loan settlements: collaborate with solicitors, financial institutions, and agents to finalize loan settlements, ensuring timely and accurate funding.
Manage security documentation: maintain meticulous records of security documents and assets, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures.
Master our internal systems: become proficient in using our internal systems to efficiently process financial transactions and generate electronic registration instruments. Full training will be provided.
To succeed in this role, we'd love you to have:
Proven experience: prior experience in loan processing, security documentation, or conveyancing is highly desirable. Familiarity with land titles, property legislation, and stamp duty is a significant advantage.
Exceptional attention to detail: you are a meticulous individual with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to quality in every task you undertake.
Strong communication & collaboration: you are a confident communicator who can build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and achieving seamless collaboration.
While experience is valued, we prioritize mindset and potential – we warmly welcome graduates or early‑career candidates who can learn quickly and adapt to recent systems.

This is a Full‑time, 12‑Month Contract available, based at any of our head office locations (Ideally Bendigo, Adelaide or Melbourne).
