Your Impact
As an Intermediate or Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in our next phase of expansion. Partner mentoring, genuine progression, and the chance to make an immediate impact come standard.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Collaborate directly with Partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes
* Lead and review financial statements and tax returns across a broad range of structures (companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs, individuals)
* Provide tax planning and advisory support to clients
* Prepare and review BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG
* Liaise with ATO and other statutory bodies
* Support team development through training and mentoring
* Contribute to team workshops, training sessions, and social events
* Deliver high‐quality client service with professionalism and initiative
What You Bring
* 3+ years in a Chartered Accounting practice
* CA qualified or currently completing
* Degree in Accounting or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, self‐starter mindset
* Genuine commitment to helping clients thrive
